Originally an independent contemporary dance artist from Tkaronto (Toronto), I completed my Masters in Contemporary Choreography at York University in 2014, and pursued my career in Dance. I worked as a part-time professor at York University, as a performer, a choreographer and facilitator. Anchoring myself in practices of pleasure - bringing people together, seeking joy, and creating inviting spaces - I developed an embodied movement practice, “Pleasure Sourcing”, that I've had the privilege
to share internationally.

Since relocating to Tk'emlups (Kamloops) during the pandemic, I have shifted my focus towards somatics. Some of my certifications include: Somatic Trauma Therapy, Politics of Trauma, Resiliency Toolkit, Cuddle Therapy, Somatic EMDR, Kids Yoga, and currently completing my training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (2027).

I am a registered teacher and have spent years working with kids in various capacities. My strength has always been social-emotional work - building as sense of safety and fun to support learning. Most of the people I work with are women, they are mothers, and many are neurodiverse and/or have nd kid. As a neurodiverse, queer single mother, with a neurodiverse kid, I offer support based in embodied experience.

I work to attune to the needs of the individual or group I am working with. Through deep embodied attunement and genuine care, I bring together practices of movement, resourcing in joy, somatic knowledge, and nervous system support tools to help bring you more into congruence with your best, most true version of yourself.
